- An approved townhouse project was redesigned to create a small village setting for three cottages (800-1100 square feet) and an existing craftsman home. By tucking half the required parking behind, the mews and plaza were left largely free of cars and available for outdoor events and gatherings. Though distinct in form, and private from one another, the four dwellings form a harmonious ensemble that speaks of community.
