- Starting with a 16,000 sq. ft. Butler building on a two acre industrial site, a mixed use planned development was created to house artists, offices, dance and martial art studios, warehouse and light manufacturing. The project is permitted for up to 22 work/live units. The durable and flexible galvanized shells reveal warmly plastered and well lit interiors that lend comfort to economic utility and spatial efficiency.
