  • Swift Street Mixed-use 1995
  • Starting with a 16,000 sq. ft. Butler building on a two acre industrial site, a mixed use planned development was created to house artists, offices, dance and martial art studios, warehouse and light manufacturing. The project is permitted for up to 22 work/live units. The durable and flexible galvanized shells reveal warmly plastered and well lit interiors that lend comfort to economic utility and spatial efficiency. The complex is fully leased, with an active waiting list.
